Involving Pre-Primary and Class 1 to 5 Teachers and Principals in training under Nishtha 3.0 (FLN) Reference: CITE, New Delhi dated E-mail message dated 20/07 R1 Sir, regarding the above subject, to inform that under the guidance of NCERT, the teachers and principals of pre-primary and class 1 to 5 all over the country are under the National Initiative For School Heads and Teachers. Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) training is planned under Holistic Advancement (NISHTHA). This training is likely to start from 1st October 2021. Due to the epidemic of Kovid-19 in the entire nation, this training has to be obtained through the Nishtha course on the Deeksha platform through online mode. In which the teachers of all the pre-primary schools of the state and the teachers and principals of all government, granted and private primary schools of class 1 to 5 have to be involved. This course will be available in Gujarati, Hindi, English and Urdu medium. 2 courses will start from October. Teachers who have previously registered on Diksha Portal do not need to register again. He can join the course by clicking on Join Course directly. But even if he has not registered on Diksha portal, it is mandatory to register to join the course.

A lot of mistakes are seen in reading, writing and counting among primary school children. In the current Corona period, children could not study as per the requirement, so there will be a lot of mistakes in reading, writing and counting. To remove this reading, writing and counting, training was organized by the government. In this sadar training, the teachers teaching in primary school classes 1 to 5 and the principal of the school will start from 1st October to prepare the children of class 1 to 5 in reading, writing and counting as needed for all the teachers.
